The music event of the year will take place tonight and SVT has prepared a real show for over 60 million people watching the contest worldwide.

Everything between dancing meatballs, a woman in milk and a Midsummer pole are included in the interval act! We’ll also get to hear Petra Mede singing in this cabaret which is about ‘swedishness’ with all the possible cliches there is about Sweden.

As previously confirmed, the schlager queen Carola is also part of the show, although her part is very short.

Krista Siegfrids, the Finnish representative, caused controversy in some countries because of her kiss with one of the backing vocalists. However, that won’t be the only same-sex kiss we’ll get to see on Saturday as the interval act features two men kissing each other. Petra Mede stands in front of them and says ‘You may kiss the groom’.

The woman behind Lynda Woodruff, singer Sarah Dawn Finer will get on stage to sing ABBA’s ‘The Winner Takes It All’.

The interval act is something totally different from typical Eurovision interval acts and the Swedes know how to laugh at themselves!

Zlatan and Loreen are also there!

Football player Zlatan Ibrahimović, the pride of Malmö, will open the grand final with a video greeting in which he welcomes us to his hometown. After that, the show starts in Malmö Arena where we’ll get to hear ‘We Write The Story’, written by ABBA’s Benny and Björn together with Avicii. Meanwhile, all the 26 participants walk on a bridge above the audience to the stage.

Loreen performs a medley of her new single ‘We Got The Power’, ‘My Heart Is Refusing Me’ and ‘Euphoria’ between the recaps.
