Two more pre-qualification heats are left in Lithuania and the first of them takes place tonight. National final is set for March 1st and now only four artists remain in the competition. Last week, Martynas Kavaliauskas was disqualified after it was found out that he had cheated in the televoting.

Tonight, Vilija Matačiūnaitė, Mia, Monika Linkytė and Vaidas Baumila are competing and one of them will be eliminated. Each of them sings two songs, specially composed for the contest:

  • Vilija Matačiūnaitė – Worlds Apart & It’s All About A Boy

  • Monika Linkytė – Attention & Blowing Out Cobwebs

One response to “Tonight: A Dal Semi-Final 1, Eurovizijos Heat 9

  1. Hungary:

    My favorites for tonight:

    – Bogi – We all
    – Gigi Radics – Catch me
    – Joni – Waterfall
    – New Level Empire – The last one
    – Viktor Király – Running out of time

For me “Running out of time” by Viktor Király is clearly the best song in this heat. “Csak a zene” by Depresszió makes me feel very depressed indeed. It’s such a horrible and annoying song! It’s nothing more than a bunch of noise! I really hate it with a passion! Yuck!

    Good luck Hungary!
