Lithuania: Song chosen – artist next week

Eurovizija finalists

Lithuanian pre-selection is a bit different to others this year. The song was chosen in the semi-final which was aired tonight instead of Saturday because of the events in Ukraine. The artist who will eventually perform it in Copenhagen will be chosen in a week, on March 1st when the final takes place.

The Eurovision entry was chosen out of three songs; ‘Attention’, ‘It’s All About A Boy’ and ‘Take A Look At Me Now’. As usual, the jury and audience both voted and their votes combined, it was found out that ‘Attention’ will be the song for Lithuania this year.

Now the race is between Vilija Matačiūnaitė, Mia and Vaidas Baumila. The winner will be competing in Copenhagen, representing Lithuania.
