Ireland is choosing its Eurovision entrant this Friday. The familiar Eurosong format is being used again with five acts competing – as chosen by the five mentors. The winner will be selected by a combination of public and regional jury vote and the winner is announced at the end of The Late Late Show.
If the betting odds are to be believed, one act is above all the others: Can-linn featuring Kasey Smith with ‘Heartbeat’. For instance William Hill and Betfair both offer the lowest odds for Can-linn with Eoghan Quigg coming behind.
The remaining three are further behind and Patricia Roe‘s odds vary between 17 and 34.
