64 songs entered the Moldovan pre-selection this year and 24 of them were chosen for the televised semi-finals. The two semi-finals took place earlier this week and from each show, 8 qualified for the final. This meant that 16 acts were competing for the victory in Saturday night’s three-hour long show.
Both, the audience and jury voted during the show. The results of the jury- and televoting, converted into points (0-8,10,12), can be seen below.
Therefore Cristina Scarlat is representing Moldova in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song that can be listened below. Moldova competes in the second half of the first semi-final, on May 6th.
