Macedonia was one of the first countries to announce its representative for Copenhagen. The announcement was made in late August – MKRTV had chosen Tijana Dapčević internally. The song was supposed to be premiered in January but the date was later postponed to February. Both, Macedonian and English versions were performed and the decision of singing the song in English in Copenhagen was made later on.
