9 out of 39 entries have been presented and while we are still waiting for the remaining 30, first bets have already been placed. Some of the bets are clearly based on the countries’ success over the last years and therefore we can find for example Sweden, Greece and Azerbaijan having one of the lowest odds.

On the other hand, Estonia and Finland are in the lead. These countries have already published the songs competing in their pre-selections. In Estonia, Elina Born and Stig Rästa‘s entry ‘Goodbye To Yesterday‘ appears to be one of the pre-favorites to win Eesti Laul. UMK-contestant, Finnish punk band Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät, has been noticed internationally as well. The band’s members are mentally handicapped and their entry is ‘Aina Mun Pitää‘. Also boyband Satin Circus has been named pre-favorite by fans and by Finnish bookmakers.
