Selection format

Over 110 entries was submitted to the Belarusian broadcaster BTRC for the national final late in 2014. Fifteen acts ended up being chosen to participate in the national final that took place in December, after a round of auditions where 89 entries entered. In the final the winning entry was chosen by 7 judges and televotes. The judges was had seven rounds of voting, and all the televotes was counted as one last voting round.

Uzari & Maimuna

Uzari is a well known vocalist and composer in Belarus, and also fairly known to Eurovision fans. In 2011 he was a backing vocalist for the Belarusian entry in Eurovision Song Contest, and has after that competed in the national final in Belarus in 2012, 2013, and now 2015. He has also composed the Belarusian entry in Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014.
Maimuna is a classical violinist from Belarus. She is used to compete with her instrument, as she has entered several international classical music competitions in her earlier years. As of today, she has released two albums, Queen of Africa and Showtime.

Belarus will compete in the first semifinal on May 19th.
